ABEKE INAUGURATE TWO-WAY TRAFFIC TASK FORCE.

The Chairman Sapele Local government area Chief Bright Afure Abeke has inaugurated a task force to enforce Two-Way Traffic movement within Sapele main market and environ.

This is aimed at ensuring smooth vehicular movement along Sapele main market and adjoining roads.

This move marked a milestone in the Council's ongoing urban traffic management reforms.
The task force will be saddled with the responsibility of monitoring, directing and enforcement of vehicular compliance along Sapele main market road, Palm Avenue, Hausa road and Cemetery Road, that Are known for heavy traffic congestion and haphazardly parking patterns, especially during peak hour.

The task force is expected to operate with discipline, professionalism and fairness, 
They are expected to work in synergy with other relevant agencies to ensure proper implementation of the Two-Way Traffic System at the Sapele main
 market and environ.

The task force is composed of 18 carefully selected individuals with a deep understanding of the local terrain, traffic dynamics and community engagement.

The task force has Comrade Michael Erute as Chairman, .Bemigho Jakpa as Secretary ,  Voke Anuoluwapo as member,  Onoriode B. Charles as member, and others.

Highlights of the inauguration was official signing and endorsement of the appointments by Hon. Raymond Overah, Secretary Sapele Local Government Council, on behalf of the Chairman, Chief Bright Afure Abeke.

SAPELE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CHIEF OF STAFF GRACE ABBORT PRIMARY SCHOOL INTER HOUSE SPORT COMPETITON .


The Chief of Staff to the executive Chairman SAPELE local government area, Hon. Mike Eboh, grace the maiden inter house sport competition of Abbot Primary School Sapele.

Hon. Mike Eboh who chairman the occasion declared the event open after going back memory lane as a Pupil in the School, stating that he feel so elated standing in this position as the Chairman of his alma mater School's inter house sport competition after many years.

The occasion commence with Match pass parade by the Four Houses with vibrant rhymes from the school's band.
The Four Houses in the competition were ; Alkalite House ( Purple), Bishop Rex Owolabi House( Green), Zenith Education House(Red), and Rtn. Okuse Obas House ( Yellow).

Pupils demonstrated remarkable determination in all the competition showcasing unwavering Spirit.

At the end of the competition, Red House came out first.

Comr Igedebor Justina, the Head Teacher of the School expressed her heartfelt gratitude to dignitaries that grace the occasion, stating that their presence inspired hope for the progress of the School.

She went further to underscore the challenges in the school which includes the need for a ring well, repair of leaking roof and Toilet , calling on all to partner with the School, fostering a sense of community and collective responsibility.

Responding to the highlighted challenges of the school, the Chairman of the Occasion Hon. Mike Eboh gave a handsome donation of N300,000 and promise to collaborate with key stakeholders to devise solutions to the pressing needs of the School as highlighted.
