INOAGHAN ADVISED RESIDENTS TO REGISTER WITH DSP TO FACILITATE REFUSE DISPOSAL.

Chief Eugene Okpe Inoaghan, the executive Chairman, Sapele local government Council, has advised Sapele residents to register with DSP in their area to aid refuse disposal and check blockage of drains in Sapele town.

Speaking through his supervisory councilor for Environment, Hon. Henry Abiyor,   during a drain clearing exercise In town, Inoaghan asked residents to register with DSP to ease the clearing of refuse from the town since the local government dump site is far from the town.

Hon. Abiyor noted that the Chairman has held series of meeting with residents at various times to intimate them on the need to patronise DSP so that refuse removed from drains do not find their way back to the drains and that the act of dumping refuse on water ways and drains under the pretence that the dump site is too far, can be a thing of the pass.

Similarly, Mr. Victor Abugo, Chief press Secretary to the  local government Chairman added that the clearing exercise is a continual one and Inoaghan   has been keen on cleanliness of the town since  his inception as the local government Chairman, and has given all his aide a matching order to ensure that all drains and water ways are cleared to avoid flood and diseases.

Abugo said every nooks and cranny in the town shall be attended to in this clearing exercise.
