Executives of Motorcycle and Tricycle operators Association ( COMTOA) Sapele local government Chapter has Debunked report of a member killing a Tricycle man in Sapele.
In a press statement signed by the Vice Chairman of the association, Comrade Destiny Uhria on 14 February, the association Debunked the report going on in different Social Media platforms alleging that a member of the association strangled a Tricycle Man to death.
COMTOA, Sapele Chapter, why noting that such incident occurred in Sapele, uses the medium to inform the general public that the so called person is not a member of the association and not a member of their Taskforce.
Comrade Uhria pointed out that the incident occurred at a time that their Taskforce were not out to check defaulters for non compliance of buying tickets and that COMTOA Taskforce always work as a Team of Four to Five persons and not a One Man Squad.
Uhria asked the public to disregard such rumour that is linked to their Taskforce.
