OTUYA CONGRATULATATES OYOWE AS DELTA NUJ CHAIR.

Charismatic Journalist cum politician Comrade Victor Otuya, has congratulated Comrade Churchill Oyovwe, on his emergence as the new chairman, of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, Delta State Council. 

In  a release made available to  newsmen Otuya described Oyovwe's  election as well deserved.

He said, Oyovwe, a Director in the Ministry of Information, will bring his wealth of experience to bear in the overall development of the media profession in the state. 

Otuya, prayed to God to guide and protect the new Delta NUJ chairman and his team as they  focus on the task ahead.
